Information you send us. When you submit our contact form, WhatsApp us, or email us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email, the procedure you’re asking about, and your situation (for example, that you are a Canadian patient or a U.S. veteran). Health-related details you volunteer are used solely to answer your request. Please don’t send us more medical detail than your question requires, and never send VA claim numbers, SSNs, or financial account numbers through the form.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). GA4 sets cookies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting your use of this site. See Google’s privacy documentation for details on their processing.
To answer your inquiry, to connect you (with your consent) with healthcare providers or facilitation services in Colombia relevant to your request, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing lists. Sharing with a clinic happens only when you ask us to make an introduction.
Form submissions are transmitted to our intake system (Google Apps Script/Google Sheets) and handled by our team in the United States and Colombia. Email and WhatsApp messages live in those platforms subject to their own policies.
We keep inquiry records only as long as useful to assist you, then delete them on request or in periodic cleanups. To access, correct, or delete your information, email andy@colombiamedical.co and we’ll handle it promptly.
